MoodMission is based in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which is an evidence-based psychological therapy for anxiety and depression. Anyone can use MoodMission, whether you just wish a lift in your day or need a bit more support recovering from anxiety or depression.
A randomised controlled trial has shown that MoodMission can improve mental health and wellbeing (Bakker et al., 2019), and 2 other studies published in scientific journals have provided further help (Bakker & Rickard, 2019; Bakker et al., 2018).
